Hi, I'm Brittany,

and I'm so glad you're here....

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and bring nearly a decade of experience to my practice.

It was during my clinical practicums in nursing school that I felt a strong pull toward the holistic side of nursing and functional medicine. My experiences on the hospital floor showed me the gaps in conventional medicine and left me feeling unconvinced that there was no way to truly help heal people for good.

In response, I transitioned to Public Health, where I discovered an ideal balance between functional and conventional medicine. Guiding the community on environmental toxins, the impact of lifestyle choices on health, and adopting a root-cause approach to eliminate symptoms became a fulfilling mission.

My path into functional medicine extends beyond professional expertise; it became a personal journey. Faced with postpartum thyroiditis after my second child's birth, I delved into extensive research, exploring everything from gut health to dietary and lifestyle changes. I overcame over my thyroid condition without medication, sparking a deep passion for helping others facing autoimmune challenges.

My dedication to women's health, both physical and mental, has blossomed since overcoming postpartum thyroiditis. I've assisted over 500 women grappling with autoimmune diseases, integrating a wealth of knowledge into my health coaching practice to guide and support you through your unique journey.

As a mother of two boys, my commitment to a health-conscious life is fueled by their inspiration. While I thrive outdoors, whether ultra-hiking or running marathons, I equally savor serene moments on my front porch in robe and slippers, sipping tea while my kids play. Life, for me, is about balance—a cornerstone of a healthy and fulfilling existence.
